What are the delivery options and charges?

The cost of standard delivery is included in the pre-selected hamper prices, and is included in the packaging (i.e. small or large basket) in the build your own hamper option.

Can I specify a particular date for delivery?

We can almost guarantee this in Tauranga and our courier company will do their absolute best for the rest of the country!  Just keep in mind the minimum timeframes for Delivery but regardless, contact us and we will see what we can do for you.

Please note that normal deliveries are not made at the weekend but if you require a weekend delivery contact us and we will see what we can do.  We are also prevented from delivering alcohol on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, or before 1pm on Anzac Day.

 

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, please contact us for your tracking number.

 

Can I include a personal message with my gift?

Of course, we have a plush white gift message card that we include at no extra charge.  Just enter your message in the Order information/gift message/comments box when you check out.

 

What if I am unhappy with anything at all (well, about the W&W experience, not just life in general)? 

Ugh, that sucks - your absolute satisfaction with our product is our goal.  We have selected high quality brands and absolutely aim to please.  If you are not happy with any aspect of your experience, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to put a smile back on your dial.

Please let us know straight away if an order arrives damaged and we will do everything that we can to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

And, of course, we will happily meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act if our products have been wrongly described, develop a fault or are not fit for the purpose described.  

Due to the nature of our goods, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for a change of mind only.

 

What are the payment options?

We accept credit cards - Visa or MasterCard.  Please note that your credit card details are not seen, or stored, by us.  We use Paystation and Big Commerce to process your credit card and they are both PCI compliant which means that they satisfy best practice security requirements, and do not store your credit card details after your payment has been processed.

We also accept a direct debit into our bank account.  Just select "Bank Deposit" as the payment method when you check out, and our bank account details will be provided to you together with a reference number.  You will then need to make the bank transfer to us and enter your name and reference number.  We will process your order once your payment has been cleared by your bank, and has been received in our account.

If you experience any issues, or if you would rather that we take your payment over the phone, please just get in touch.

 

How safe is it to put my credit card details into your website?

We use Stripe which is a reputable payment gateway provider.  Both Stripe and Big Commerce (our website platform provider) are PCI compliant which mean that they use best industry practices to keep your credit card details safe, and they don't store your credit card details after your payment has been processed.  We do not see, or store, your credit card details when you place an order with us.

 

My payment won’t go through – any ideas?

First check that you have entered all of your details correctly and didn’t go larger than you remember out on the town last night, and if that’s all good then give us a buzz to try and sort it out for you. 

 

Can I buy a gift voucher/certificate for someone?

Absolutely, buy two if you like.  Just go to this link (or look under The Details tab on the home page) and then you can tick that off your “to do” list.

 

Can I get a gift voucher/certificate couriered?

We can send your gift voucher/certificate by email or standard post (if requested).  If you would like it to be couriered, please give us a call and we will work out what the extra cost will be for you.

 

Are the food products perishable?

We have done our best to select great quality products that aren’t super perishable.  However, there are some items that are susceptible to warmer temperatures (e.g. chocolates and olive oil based products).  We won’t send you any products with less than one month left until the best before date to ensure that you have time to enjoy them whilst they are fresh and delish.

 

I have no idea what a suitable gift is for someone or for a particular occasion – help?

No problem, give us a call or drop us an email and we would love to help you with a concierge service at no extra cost.
