Maison Therese was founded by Therese Mooren, in the Hawkes Bay, New Zealand. She started producing in her kitchen at home, which is how the name ‘Maison Therese’ was derived, 

Alderson’s is a boutique foods company with a focus on making delicious, uniquely flavoursome and memorable condiments and hot sauces. They pride themselves in using the freshest ingredients and locally, New Zealand grown produce.

Small Batch started in 2012 and is operated by Nick Parker who has a life-long career as a foodie, successful chef, food management and local organic bakery ownership.

Taste of the Alps is the love of Chef Tineke Davey who has 20+ years experience in Catering, Restaurant, Super Yachts, Weddings and Private events.

Te Mata Figs was established from a passion to grow amazing figs in the warm Mediterranean type climate of Hawke’s Bay along Te Karamu Stream, near Havelock North, New Zealand, offering only the sweetest freshest spray free figs in season and tasty award winning products.

Wild Country Fine Foods commenced operation in 1995 and it all started with using interesting bottles for flavoured olive oils and vinegars. Today, Angelique and her husband Stephen still maintain a hands on approach with manufacturing, recipe development and customer service.

Crave Food is an artisan brand owned by Herb and Spice Fine Foods, creators of over 300 products ranging from chocolates to chutneys, tapenades to truffle mustards, cakes and crackers to Christmas treats.

Preservation is a sustainable food business, only using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Small batch, handcrafted...that's their principle. Everything is made from scratch, using as much produce that would be wasted as possible.
